AZ-Green Valley, Santa Rita is a 132 bed Skilled nursing facility. We are looking for a full time RN with SNF experience to work in our nursing department. Duties include; medication pass, treatments, working with medical providers, taking orders, doing assessments on residents supervising CNAs as well as other nurses to ensure all task are completely in a timeley manner.
